Those who read this blog, probably know of the great #rad Scoman.
He e-mailed me today to tell me his blog is MIA - Yes readers, someone has stolen Scoman's blog and it is 'no longer available' the blog has been deleted (Insert sound of cybermen going 'delete delete delete') ... or maybe not ;P
After more correspondence with Scoman, he has come to the conclusion that he *may* have breached the terms and conditions of blogger (So unlike him don't you all think?)
Personally I think it was that vegan Andrew G who probably conspired to have Sco's blog deleted.
Hopefully Sco will return soon, if not we'll throw him a party when he starts up another new blog!!
In other news!!!
Australia has a new prime-minister - and the coolest part is it's a woman :) Woohooo girls around the world are currently saying 'you go girl' because Australia is different to other countries that have had previous female leaders, as ours LOOKS like a woman!!! Thacher?? Sometimes I think it was a Muppet that got rejected, and don't get me started on New Zealand's former (I think it was a woman) 'leader' *lol*
That's all I've got.

Writing Genre - Process 002
In honour of 'The ScoMan' who diligently proof read my Nanowrinmo piece. My male lead will be called...... Scott :P
I've re-read this, and I'm not happy with it. I don't think it's punchy (Excuse the pun) enough. I can see what I want to write in my mind, but it's not coming out in words.
Anyway.. This was the fight intro I wrote. Let me know what you think, remembering that I've got a 2,000 word limit, so I've not got a lot of space to talk about 'beads of sweat dripping from his brow'!
He wasn’t sure just why his flatmate had attacked him, what he did know was he was currently in a fight for his life. Blow by blow of fists and feet rained down upon him and he did everything is his power to fight his now extremely aggressive flatmate Michael off. Scott’s legs jarred from the force of the kick which pushed Michael off him, far enough away for Scott to get to his feet. Michael said nothing, other than grunting at Scott, launching at him again, his arms flaying around with no real direction other than to make contact with Scott’s body. Michael ran at him and Scott quickly stepped to the side, tripping Michael up. He fell to the ground, slaming face first onto the glass coffee table, shattering it into tiny piece which embedded itself into his face like a pin cushion.
That is when Scott noticed it. A hit to the head like that would put most people on their arse. But Michael got up, his eyes a vibrant green, face covered in blood and glass, he snarled at Scott, like a dog would, if you where trying to take its food away. Scott had to think on his feet; clearly fighting Michael off wasn’t going to stop him right now. He looked behind him as Michael again made a run for him. Scott grabbed the door to the pantry, and shoved the staggering Michael into it, before securing it. A bit of time out in there with the baked beans was what Michael needed, long enough for Scott to find out some answers.
Scott slumped down with his back to the pantry door, his body still being hammered from Michael’s attempts to break the door down. ‘Fucking hell’ He moved away from the door. ‘What the fuck is wrong with you Michael?’ Scott yelled through the door. Expecting an answer, but knowing full well he wasn’t about to get a polite conversation out of his flatmate. Scott secured the door with some furniture and sat down to assess the situation that had just unfolded.
Let me know what you think. I just think it reads like a typical 'zombie' story intro. Or maybe that's just me.
With WAY too much shit to read for the three classes I'm taking this semester...
That's all I've got.

Day TwentyThree - 5K - Hell Yeah!
Five Thousand One Hundred and Forty!
Yes readers I cracked the 5k mark – Thanks to a little encouragement from Scoman (Linkage to him in the ‘sidebar)
Before Flash-forward I had 4,310 words – Sooooo close to 5K – too close in fact to let it slip – so I’ve just punched out the extra 690 words needed to make 5K going that touch further and punching out 830 words to call it a day on a total word count of 43,884 of 50,000
I’m exhausted though, I’m feeling better than this time yesterday – It was just a migraine (I say like like I’ve kicked my toe! Ohh it was JUST a migraine! FML sometimes!!) However the bonus of getting sick at my mum’s is she has the GOOD drugs – she had pain killers and anit-spew meds left over from her Cancer treatment and well – when it comes to me and pain killers for my head – you don’t have to ask me twice if I’d like the ‘stronger’ ones :P (I do NOT condone inappropriate use of prescription pain medication! In all seriousness!!!!!)
So with Nano roaring ahead. I’ll leave you with a snippet from today’s effort and call it a night.
‘Come on Heath – I said hit me!’
Heath jumped to his feet ‘If you stayed still long enough I would’
‘You’re attacker isn’t going to stand still for you. So come on!’
Again Heath rushed Zoey, though this time she didn’t move, and he run straight into her, pushing her to the ground.
‘Right you’ve got me here, now keep me here’ Zoey wiggled slightly, not putting any real effort into it, and Heath grabbed and pinned her arms down. ‘That’s good, but you’re forgetting something’
‘What?’
Zoey pulled her legs up and wrapped them around heath, rolled onto her side, and had him pinned to the ground before he knew what was really happening.
‘Hey no fair’ Heath Complained.
That’s all I’ve got.

Day four - Part one - This is for Scoman
Thanks to Scoman for his comment on my blogs (You are a champion) Actually thanks to everyone who comments - it makes me feel worthy of your time.
However this one goes out to the Scoman! Here is a 'snippet' from yesterdays effort - which is the lead in line for todays writing.
Whether the cells did cause pain, Zoey wasn’t prepared to test it out. It was more than her life was worth to open that particular door right now.
So as not to leave you up in the air too much! *lol* Zoey has just described a security holding device, which is part of the security check points between sections within the larger zone.
I'll post another 'snippet' for you later today.
That's all I've got. For the moment :)
*Late update* This will be the lead in line for tomorrow (day five) writing.
she closed her eyes, and attempted to shut off her brain to the day’s events in the hope to start a fresh tomorrow.
So that's officially 'All I've got'

There’s no fireworks? WTF?
This is my official post number One Hundred. I actually wrote it a few weeks ago on the evening of my Mum’s 60th Birthday celebrations (We rocked out with an OAP party!!) However life (Known as Uni!) caught up with me and I’ve not had a chance to post it. Plus, if gave me a chance to edit it down a bit.
Life is pretty full on right now, with the workload increasing for Uni, and the time in the day just slipping away without any notice. Whilst its not ‘panic’ stations just yet it will be soon if things don’t come together a little better.
One note though. I experienced my first exposure to someone cheating this past week. They worked shopped some work which they stated was theirs – however it’s not! It fucked me off that they ‘took on board the feedback’ and said ‘oh yeah thanks I’ll work on that angle’ etc etc and all the time I’m thinking – you didn’t even fucking write this!
It got the better of me in the end and I e-mailed the lecturer with proof that this work wasn’t this persons, and that I wouldn’t be offering feedback on ‘this piece’ as I couldn’t! It’s in the lectures hands now. I hope they pursue it. Plagiarism is highlighted everywhere re our assignments. So when it’s handed to them with actual proof this work isn’t this persons then surly they can’t ignore it! Anyway as I said I’ve let the lecturer know it’s in their hands now.
Back to my mum’s birthday.
My mum turned 60 this year – a big milestone for her. She clearly stated to my brother and I she didn’t want a ‘big fuss’ however would like some close friends and family over for a small lunchtime party / gathering. She pre-warned us re the 60th celebrations, as when she turned 50 my brother and I lobbed on her doorstep from Brisbane the night before to her surprise, asking what we where doing home. When we told her we were here to set up her party she didn’t believe us that was until the Saturday morning when we started setting up tables etc and blowing up balloons, and then guests started to arrive! She enjoyed it though, and she enjoyed her ‘small’ gathering of close friends and family this time around for her 60th.
Thanks to my new followers – it’s lovely to have new people on board and giving feedback. I’ve got Scoman to primarily thank for that, so thanks Scoman!
