So last night I has a minor exercise mal function, a rubber stretch band with hard plastic handles, slipped and flew fair into my bladder area.... It hurt like shit and I was in a fair bit of pain, however, it's not as painful today. Jen copped the same piece of hard plastic to the mouth, personally I would have preferred the mouth to the vagina! But hey, I was just in the wrong place.
Other than that, my new meds are making me quite tired. I'm going to call my psych and ask him if I'm able to take them at night. If I can I will swap them to evenings, as I'm dragging my arse around during the day.
That's pretty much all I have to update the blogosphere for today.
